Replace the synchronous belt: make sure the machine tool device is firm and placed smoothly, and check whether the carriage is too tight, the gap increases or the tool holder is loose, etc. Another problem is that the process changes when the workpiece is processed, but the scale of other processes is accurate. The reason for this situation is that the program parameters are unreasonable, not within the predetermined track, and the pattern does not meet the requirements of the specification. The treatment measures are relatively simple. Check whether the thread program section is garbled or not, and re-compile the program.
